Teen Tech Week 2015 w/ Event List

It's Teen Tech Week (TTW)!!!  That means we are celebrating all technology that may be of interest for teens. When people hear the library the first thing that comes to mind is shelves filled with books, but this week we are going to highlight some of our other great collections! We have DVDs, Laptops, WiFi, Video Games, a Scanner, Ebooks, and Playaways! Check back after school each day for new information about some of the great tech resources the library has to offer.

This morning, I will kick things off by highlighting the Teen Events this week at Robbins.

LGBTQ Drop In Night
Wednesday, March 11th
7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Robbins Library Community Room

Are you a lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, ace, or questioning teen?  Are you a teen ally for LGBTQA teens?  If you answered yes to either of these questions then the Boston Area Homeschoolers Queer Straight Alliance (BAHS QSA) invites you to come to this event!  Meet like-minded teens from the community and enjoy a night of fun.  There will be music, snacks, information on BAGLY, and time to chat. This monthly event is cosponsored by the BAHS QSA and the Robbins Library.
The BAHS QSA meets every Tuesday morning, and all teens are welcome. For more information, contact bahsqsa@gmail.com or watsonam@verizon.net or visit us on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bahsqsa
