Protect Yourself! Teen Martial Arts

Want to learn some self-defense moves? Then join us for Teen Martial Arts Thursday, January 22nd from 3:30 to 4:30 in the Robbins Library Community Room.

This one hour workshop will include a brief warm up and defense techniques against someone grabbing your arm(s) and/or your upper body. We will also work on defending against a punch towards you. We will pair off with partners so it would be helpful if you brought a friend. Protective pads will be used during the lesson. Fast-paced and fun.
