Teens Only Book Group May

Our next Teens Only Book Group selection is "Phineas Gage: A Gruesome but True Story About Brain Science" by John Fleischman.  The group will meet Wednesday, May 21st from 3:00 to 4:00 PM in the Robbins Library Teen Area.

Why should you read the book?  There are two great answers to this question.  1- The book is awesome. 2- It's about a guy who lived after a metal rod went through his brain!  I rest my case.

This book group meets the second Wednesday of each month. Attendees will help select the book for each future meeting. The goal is to try new books; if you can’t get into the selection then just put it down. No worries if you don’t finish the book, just come share your thoughts on other books you have read, eat snacks and enjoy the discussion! Drop in and bring friends.

Copies of “Phineas Gage" are available in the Teen Area now.
