December Book Chosen

When trying to pick the December Teens Only Book Group book, I wanted to do something winter themed.  I was having trouble deciding, but then someone mentioned that "The Golden Compass" was always a good choice.  I wasn't sure at first if this would be a good idea, but then I realized this might be the perfect time to do a Book and Movie Discussion!

Join us Wednesday, December 11th from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM in the Robbins Library Teen Area to discuss "The Golden Compass" by Philip Pullman and/ or the movie!

This book group meets the second Wednesday of each month. Attendees will help select the book for each future meeting. The goal is to try new books; if you can't get into the selection then just put it down. No worries if you don't finish the book, just come share your thoughts on other books you have read, eat snacks and enjoy the discussion! Drop in and bring friends.

Copies of "The Golden Compass" by Philip Pullman are available in the Teen Area now!
