Monthly movie for teens. We can't tell you what it is, but here are some hints and interesting facts about this months title. You can also call or come into the library for more information.

-The main characters of the film draw inspiration from Donkey Kong.  Sergeant Calhoun was originally a male character.

- Mario of The Super Mario Brothers was supposed to make a cameo in this film, but producer Clark Spencer couldn't figure out how to incorporate him into the story.

- While most animated features have actors come into the studio to record their lines separately, the cast of this film sat together in the same room while recording lines. This lead to a lot of improvising.

- The password King Candy enters to into his safe is "UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A, START" is a common cheat code used by game developer Konami in most of their titles, most famously in the game Contra.

- Kano does his signature Mortal Kombat fatality on the zombie during the Bad Guys meeting.
